Anthony J. Richardson II is a husband and father of three. Anthony was born in Dayton, Ohio and graduated from The Miami Valley School before attending The Ohio State University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Legal Studies and a B.S. in Psychology. Anthony then attended The University of Toledo College of Law, where in addition to completing the core courses, he received Certificates of Concentration in Natural Resource Law and Intellectual Property Law and achieved Honors Research Distinction. During law school, Anthony worked as a Summer Clerk at Eastman & Smith, as a Legal Intern for solo practitioners Jeffrey Levy, Jeremy Levy, Jerome Phillips and Joseph Clarke, and as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Arlene Singer at the Sixth District Court of Appeals. After law school Anthony was hired as a Staff Attorney for Judge Singer. Although he loved that job, he took a leap of faith and started this practice in the summer of 2019, and has been going ever since.
Anthony is admitted to practice throughout Ohio, in all state and federal courts.

Michelle J. Ritchie always knew she wanted to be a lawyer as a young kid and became the first lawyer in her family. Michelle’s mission is to help clients and their families get the best legal representation. She graduated with a B.A. in Law and Liberal Arts, Criminal Justice Administration, and Sociology from the University of Findlay. Michelle helped reestablish the Law Society and received an academic recognition award for Excellent Work in Law and Liberal Arts.
As a young single mother, Michelle knew she still wanted to pursue her dream. She attended The University of Toledo College of Law (with a toddler) and was a member of American Constitution Society and Delta Theta Phi. While in law school, she interned at the City of Toledo Municipal Court - Prosecutor’s office and participated in the College of Law’s Public Service Externship Clinic at the Toledo Municipal Public Defender’s Office. Michelle was in the Domestic Violence and Juvenile Law Clinic and received the Patrick M. Burns Memorial Outstanding Clinical Student Award.
After law school, Michelle participated in the Toledo Legal Aid Society Fellowship program and was taught how to competently manage multiple criminal and traffic cases from the beginning of the arraignment to the sentencing stage. After the fellowship, Michelle was a full-time Assistant Public Defender, for the Wood County Public Defender’s Office, handling lower-level felonies and misdemeanor cases.
Aleia B. Brown was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and attended Miami University where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History. Aleia graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and was the secretary of the Family and Juvenile Law Society, a member of Delta Theta Phi, and an academic success tutor for the school, while as the College of Law. Aleia worked as a legal intern for the Law Office for two years before passing the Bar Exam, and she then assisted in all aspects of various litigation and transactional matters, from start to finish. In her spare time, Aleia enjoys competing in equestrian events and is a member of both the American Saddlebred Horse Association (ASHA) and United States Equestrian Federation (USEF).
Genesis S. Lopez is currently pursuing a degree in paralegal studies at the University of Toledo. With a strong interest in the legal field, Genesis is committed to learning and growing her skills and knowledge. Genesis works as a legal assistant and enjoys supporting the lawyers in the Law Office, to ensure the best possible outcomes for their clients. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Genesis has demonstrated her dedication to the field of law. When Genesis is not working hard at school or at the Law Office, Genesis enjoys spending time with her friends, caring for her pets, and volunteering at her church. Genesis looks forward to continuing her education and gaining more experience in the field, with the ultimate goal of going to law school and becoming a lawyer.
